Something could've borked in the files while reinstalling the mod loader, might need to delete everything and start from scratch again I had to do this once in Sonic Adventure 1. Like delete the Sonic Adventure 2 folder entirely, verify game files, then install the mod loader again I found the problem "installed loader dll differs from copy in mods folder do you want to overite the instaled copy?

Press RELOAD in the manager and this mod will now appear in the list. Check the box to mark as enabled, and then press SINGLE PLAYER when you have all your mods enabled/disabled.
